Bereavement
I am a very experienced Bereavement counsellor. When someone close to you dies you may experience a deep sense of loss leading to feelings of sadness, Anger, guilt, Anxiety, Depression and other related feelings. It is also common to have difficulties with eating, sleeping, poor concentration, headaches and other physical symptoms. These emotions and physical symptoms can sometimes be overwhelming and make everyday living difficult. These symptoms are a normal reaction to grief however if they persist for a time it can be helpful to talk things over with someone outside your family or social circle. |
